Okay- I scheduled here on a whim. And can I just say HOLY CRAP THAT WAS SO GOOD. I was welcomed by Jasmin- who provided 10/10 customer service. She was awesome. And then my massage therapist today was Jalen. he was extremely professional, listened to all my concerns and provided the relief I was looking for. I would for sure come back again and again.

I booked through classpass cause I needed to use up some credits. I will definitely be back. It was 30 credits for a 60 minutes sports massage. I like that they wipe your arms and legs with a warm towel afterwards. I requested deep pressure and it was great. I had Jasmine.

I booked a Swedish massage here same day bc my usual place was closed (due to the snow storm) because I was having terrible neck tension and muscle spasms so I risked the roads to come in for a massage. Kemi was my masseuse and was very knowledgeable and professional. She told me I was in fact very tense and full of several knots in my traps. I could feel the knots rolling during the massage as she worked to get them out. While she did not pressure me to book another appointment (which I appreciated), she did inform me that one massage alone wouldn’t relieve this tension. Her attention to detail and expertise is what made me book a follow up massage in 2 weeks with her, this time a deep tissue per her recommendation based off my body’s needs. The price was also unbeatable! $80 for a 60 min Swedish massage. I can’t recommend Kemi at Kiki’s massage enough!
